ABT PVA CONCENTRATE is a 10% concentrated solution used as a surfactant when added to Lactated Ringers or Hartmann Saline Solution. PVA’s surfactant properties help prevent embryos from sticking to tubing, filters or dishes after collection. This product is an alternative to BSA concentrate but does not require refrigeration. It is packaged in a 20ml EVA bag and at 4ml/Liter, it is the same concentration of surfactant as ABT’s Complete Flush.
This product was tested at Colorado State University during the 2018 breeding season where no embryos stuck to the petri dish when PVA Concentrate was used compared to 30% of embryos sticking to a petri dish where a surfactant was not present.
Animal-origin-free and 100% traceable components. Durable EVA packaging non-latex needle septum removable cap. Tight quality control standards equal consistent results.
