What is the Nobivac® Feline 1-HCP Vaccine?

Protect your cats from serious viral infections with the Nobivac® Feline 1-HCP vaccine. This highly effective vaccine safeguards cats against diseases caused by viruses such as:

  • Calicivirus
  • Rhinotracheitis (Herpesvirus)
  • Panleukopenia (Parvovirus)

When Should I Administer the Nobivac® Feline 1-HCP Vaccine?
The Nobivac® Feline 1-HCP vaccine is recommended for healthy cats aged 9 weeks or older. It uses modified live viruses to safely expose your cat's immune system, helping them build strong defenses against these serious diseases. Additionally, this Nobivac® feline vaccine helps prevent the replication of canine parvovirus in cats.
For best results, reconstitute the vaccine with the provided diluent. Use new, non-chemically sterilized needles and syringes to ensure your cats' safety. Each cat should receive two doses: administer the initial dose, then follow up with a second dose three to four weeks later.
Before vaccinating your cats, consult your veterinarian to determine if the recommended annual revaccination is necessary. Keep your cats healthy and protected by choosing the Nobivac® Feline 1-HCP vaccine from Revival Animal Health. Is HCP the Same as FVRCP?
Yes, the HCP and FVRCP vaccines are the same. This Nobivac® feline vaccine provides protection against viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia.

For cat use only.HCP vaccine consists of a nonadjuvanted formula.Do not mix with other vaccines.Avoid administering the vaccine to pregnant or sick cats.Do not freeze the vaccine.Keep in temperatures from 35 degrees Fahrenheit to 45 degrees Fahrenheit.For disposal, review local guidelines.

Dosage:

  • Vaccinate healthy cats 9 weeks of age or older.
  • Transfer contents of the diluent vial to the Nobivac® Feline 1-HCP vial aseptically.
  • Use entire contents immediately after rehydration.
  • Inject 1 dose (1 ml) subcutaneously or intramuscularly.
  • Repeat with a second dose 3 to 4 weeks later.
  • Annual revaccination with one dose is recommended.
Warnings:
  • Contains gentamicin as a preservative
  • Some reports suggest that in cats, the administration of certain veterinary biologicals may induce the development of injection-site fibrosarcomas.
  • Do not vaccinate pregnant cats
  • The use of a biological product may produce anaphylaxis and/or other inflammatory immune-mediated hypersensitivity reactions. Antidote: Epinephrine, corticosteroids, and antihistamines may all be indicated depending on the nature and severity of the reaction.
Nobivac vaccines may experience "Meltback" which can cause some discoloration to the cake (dry) portion of the vaccine. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the efficacy of the vaccination.
