Gwen is a well-known name in the grooming industry. She has been working in the industry since the 1980s and has been the Chief Executive Officer at Barkleigh Productions for 18 years.

According to Gwen, "I started wearing slippers because I am very uncomfortable with shoes. I used to go in stocking feet, but the hotels did not like me not wearing shoes, so I started wearing slippers."

Gwen is passionate about moving the grooming industry forward and wants to see groomers and the grooming industry recognized as the professionals they are. "I just want to do whatever I can to help move the grooming industry along. I would like to see the groomers and grooming industry recognized for the industry and profession it has become. They are not just groomers, they are professionals!"
