Relieve the itching, burning and stinging from your pet's eyes with Vetericyn® Ophthalmic Gel. This easy-to-apply gel contains no steroids, antibiotics or alcohol. It uses a patented oxychlorine compound that is similar to your pet's immune system and has the same pH as tear fluid, making it safe to use in and around the eye. It's also safe if licked or ingested. It speeds healing by naturally working with your pet's immune system to fight infection caused by bacteria, fungi and virus. Do not freeze.
Before application remove any excess matter from eye. Squeeze approximately a ½ inch stripe of Vetericyn® Ophthalmic Gel onto the lower lid of the affected eye one to two times daily. No rinsing required. Avoid contamination of the tip of the applicator when applying the gel. It may be administered topically alone, or as an adjunct to systemic therapy.
Safe for superficial use on all animal species of all ages with cornea intact.
Discontinue use if condition worsens and contact your veterinarian. Always consult with veterinarian for systemic conditions.
