Durvet Apple Flavored Horse Dewormer removes worms and bots with a single dose. Provides effective control of large strongyles, small strongyles, pinworms, ascarids, hairworms, large-mouth stomach worms, bots, lungworms, intestinal threadworms, summer sores and dermatitis in horses.

This equine dewormer is safe to use on all horses, including broodmares, breeding stallions, and young foals two months of age and older. This horse dewormer paste-gel is easy to administer and allows horses to reach their full potential by providing effective, safe parasite protection. The convenient, easy-to-use syringe allows for fast, fool-proof application of pyrantel pamoate for horses.
Cautions: NOT FOR USE IN HUMANS. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not use in horses intended for human consumption. For oral animal use only. Avoid prolonged contact with eyes, skin and clothing.

Flavor: Apple

Storage: Store at ambient temperature. Keep container closed when not in use. Store in a dry, cool place. Keep and store away from direct sunlight, extremely high or low temperatures and incompatible materials.
Ingredients: Pyrantel pamoate 3.60 gm
Dosing: One syringe contains sufficient paste to treat one 1250 lb horse at the recommended dose rate of 91 mcg ivermectin per lb (200 mcg/kg) body weight. Each weight marking on the syringe plunger delivers enough paste to treat 250 lb body weight. Do not underdose. Ensure each animal receives a complete dose based on a current body weight. Underdosing may result in ineffective treatment, and encourage the development of parasite resistance. Please refer to label for complete use directions.

Instructions: After removing the cap, the paste should be deposited on the dorsum of the tongue. Introduce the nozzle end of the syringe at the corner of the mouth. Direct the syringe backwards and depress the plunger to deposit the paste onto the tongue. Given in this manner, it is unlikely that rejection of the paste will occur. Raising the horse’s head sometimes assists in the swallowing process. When only part of the paste has been used, replace the cap on the syringe nozzle.
For horses and foals 2 months of age and older.
