How to use Botusemen Standard, Botusemen Special, Botusemen Turbo: For cooled transport, semen should be refrigerated at 5 °C (41 °F). The minimum dilution rate for preserving sperm motility during storage is 2 parts extender to 1 part semen, aiming for a ?nal sperm concentration of 30 to 50 million total sperm per mL.
How to Prepare Botusemen Gold: Add the entire envelope contents to the bottle containing 100 mL of distilled water. Shake well. Place the bottle in a water bath at 37°C for 30 minutes and shake again until complete homogenization. After semen dilution, wait 15 minutes to allow the active ingredients to interact with the sperm membrane.
Important: In cases where centrifugation before the cooling process is necessary, resuspend the sperm pellet at a ?nal concentration of 100 million total sperm per mL.
