BotuVitri is a single-use equine embryo-vitrification media kit for in-vivo- and in-vitro-produced embryos.

Each kit includes holding medium, Vitri V1, and Vitri V2 media for use in equine embryo vitrification procedures.

Species: Equine.
Storage: Store at 2–8°C (35.6–46.4°F), protected from light; do not freeze.
Shelf life: Perishable.

Directions for Use: Perform procedures on a warming plate at 37°C. Follow the supplied five-step protocol for Holding, V1, and V2 media, then load the embryo onto a vitrification straw and immediately immerse it in liquid nitrogen.
Storage: Store at 2–8°C (35.6–46.4°F), protected from light. Do not freeze.
Inorganic salts, ethylene glycol, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), bovine serum albumin (BSA), and trehalose.
