Nemacor Maxx 4 is a dewormer for dogs. This deworming medicine for dogs is beef flavored and contains fenbendazole, praziquantel and pyrantel for dogs. These deworming tablets for dogs help protect against intestinal parasites such as hookworms, roundworms, whipworms and tapeworms in dogs. Made in the USA.

Instructions: Suggested dosage is based on the dogs weight. Use as needed.
For the small dogs and puppies tablets (2-20 lb) for dogs weighing:
2-4 lb give ½ tablet.
5-8 lb give 1 tablet
9-14 lb give 1 ½ tablets
15-20 lb give 2 tablets

For the medium dogs tablets (21-45 lb) for dogs weighing:
21-30 lb give 1 tablet.
31-45 lb give 1 ½ tablets

For the large dogs tablets (46-118 lb) for dogs weighing
46-60 lb give 1 tablet.
61-90 lb give 1 ½ tablets
91-118 lb give 2 tablets

Each Small Dog/Puppy (2-20 lb) tablet contains:
25 mg Pyrantel Pamoate
25 mg Praziquantel
110 mg Fenbendazole

Each Medium Dog (21-45 lb) tablet contains:
60 mg Pyrantel Pamoate
60 mg Praziquantel
300 mg Fenbendazole

Each Large Dog (46-118 lb) tablet contains:
