Use this centrifugation medium with Spectrum equine semen freezing extenders when performing centrifugation of horse semen. Centrifugation is a process often used when processing semen to concentrate semen into a smaller volume, routinely used during the semen freezing process. The stallion's semen is suspended in this liquid medium and placed in a centrifuge tube.
